At Deep South Commodities, Jennifer coordinates the movement and documentation of shipments between suppliers, transporters, and end buyers. Responsible for creating and managing purchase orders and sales orders, scheduling transportation, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication throughout the transaction process. Jennifer transitioned into the logistics field after many years as a dedicated school teacher and has truly enjoyed the change, thriving in the fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Jennifer and her husband Tim, have been married for 33 years and raised three sons. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, long walks, and reading. She’s also a fan of hockey (because of her husband) and lacrosse (since all 3 boys played throughout their school years). At home, life is shared with Marty, the family’s Goldendoodle.
